The Urgent Notice About the Qualifications for the Enterprises Importing Palm Oil, Soyoil and Rapeoil


According to the policy from China Ministry of Commerce, China will abolish its tariff rate quota for soyoil, palm oil and rapeoil, beginning 1 Jan, 2006. For the sake of supervision, the imports of soyoil, palm oil (besides palm stearin), rapeoil will be managed by automatic import certificates system from 1 Jan, 2006.
